MTN Extremely Poor Customer Service

This so called bozza network; I do not know bozza for what as they can't seem to get anything right. I have spoke to about 12 agents busy sending me back and forth between contracts and prepaid as no one seems to pick up my number and assist me with a sim swap. Absolute madness, only a fool would remain on this network with such poor service!
