MTN Extremely Poor Customer Service
I am trying to cancel my MTN data contract. No use phoning 083135 as nobody answers the phone. Not sure why you have a customer care contact center as they are unable to assist with cancellations received via email? MTN also does not respond to hellpeter complaints. Extremely poor service.

12 Oct 2021, 14:51No assistance from MTN at all with regards to cancelling a data contract. No answer - 083135. MTN FB messenger consultants gives conflicting msges. Emailing *** - no value. I can not call 135 as I am making use of Vodacom.
