MTN Extremely Bad Communication

I have tried multiples times via email, only because that is the only way to make contact, to try to cancel my outdated contract phone account. The service (***) has been extremely poor overall, to such a point where I never want to own a contract phone ever again. It is just to stressful, expensive, and such a waste of time. It is to a point where the account has been handed over to (***), and I have heard nothing from them at all on my request to settle this matter. This is placing a bad light on my credit profile, and I would like to just sort it out @MTN.
