MTN - EXTREMELEY *********/ BAD WITH ADMINISTRATION? WHICH IS WORSE

If there was a Zero Star, I would have preferred to sellect that option. I am currently on the line with MTN for the third time today, and each time the lines cuts. I dutifully cancelled my contract with this ********* company during the course of last year. Despite receiving written confirmation that MTN has cancelled my contract, this company is still deducted the debit order from my account. When the debit order was reversed, they started charging me interest. THIS IS NOT OKAY. I'm currently phoning to correct MTN's error, AGAIN, and I am just so extremely unsatisfied with the service I am receiving. Each time I managed to speak to a "service champion", they silence the call. Only resulting in me, having to phone again to explain this situation to a new "service champion". FIX THIS
