MTN- Extreme bad service

BEWARE - of Salespeople that call. I wanted a specific cell number that used to be my deceased husband's number. I was very clear that, that was the number only, that I wanted. I did all the documents, arranged the debit order etc. Only to receive a totally different number. Someone else has the number I wanted and lo and behold, MTN is debiting my account for someone else's contract & usage and the "new number" they sent me. I have tried and tried to resolve this issue, with no success. And Oh my word, for them even to get the correct address put on the account is totally impossible.

I have been sending e-mail's to *** with no response. Only to be told, after trying numerous times, to get though telephonically, that I am sending e-mails to the wrong address and must contact ***. Who the hell is Mondo? Never heard of them before. So people, be careful.
