MTN ******s funds from its clients and also incur additional costs against the client wishes

<p>Good Day to whom it may concern.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a grievance of poor service, uncalled for and downright ********* business practice on MTN's behalf.</p> <p> </p> <p>My mother, Magda Nell, has continually for the last year if not more, been billed for a recurring bundle which she has not received. This apart from another shortcoming on the cellular provider's side motivated my Mother and I to summarily cancel our contracts with MTN over their ********* and unreliable business practice and we subsequently took our business to Cell C. </p> <p> </p> <p>That having been said, by no means did MTN receive approval from my Mother to incur additional bundles which is a direct violation of both the Consumer Protection Act. 68 of 2008, the FICA Act. 38 of 2003 and TCF approach. Neither did MTN notify, nor seek approval from my Mother to subtract additional funds for bundles which my Mother never received at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>Even after we left MTN and our contracts with them were paid-off and terminated, money had been taken off yet again!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>It is critical that my mother is reimbursed and MTN be brought to book over this. The only person who was willing to listen and to have the matter looked at was a lady by the name of Mpho Shakwana, however it would be immensely appreciated that other customers be informed and that a matter such as this never be repeated.</p>
