MTN ******ion

I opened an account with mtn in 2019, those sim card deals that was handled telephonically. Upon receiving this sim card, it was never activated. I tried reporting it numerous times as it said the sim card is not rica'd. The consultant always said wait 24 hrs it should be activated. But it never was. Then after the first month I received a bill of a 1000 something! I did report that I have not even used the sim card as it was never activated. No response from mtn. So I left it... mtn listed me on ITC for an amount of 2000 something. They handed the case over to Munnik and Basson. I settled the account in February 2022. Just to find out they sold the same case again to Norman Basson Attorneys on 18 March 2022, trying to ****** me for the same amount.
