MTN wants to take legal action against my wife for R70.76 even when we have financial records that she has been paying more than what the invoices are.
My first interaction with MTN on this matter they made a comment that I am stupid. Thanks for forcing me to change service providers due to *********** accounts and arrogant callcenter agents.

In an effort to improve operational efficiency and customer experience, MTN standardized the date on which the post-paid customers receive their inclusive value i.e. voice, sms, data bundles, airtime.
In terms of the subscriber agreement – MTN reserves the right to make amendments to the agreement itself, terms and conditions of the price plan and listed prices, by giving the affected subscribers 20 days notice.
As a once off good will gesture I have credited the 30 days arrears amount of R70.76 into your wife's MTN account.

I still require the outcome of the investigation as discussed with one of you consultants. I would also to make this as public as possible as this is a failure in MTN's corporate governance
