So it is me an mtn AGAIN!!!! Phoned on 5/4/2024 by dept. upgrade. What a **** AGAIN...sais she would forward the verbal agreement straight away...I AM STILL WAITING!!! So I phone 123 and cancel the upgrade. Thuli tells me I have to phone 083 123 111 to discuss the reversal of the upgrade. I have phoned 5 times...THE NR DOES NOT EXIST!!!! I call again 123????? Toll free nr and it replies not sufficient airtime???? MTN agents ARE OUT TO TERRIORISE CUSTOMERS. MTN CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!! DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THIS EVIL COMPANY!!! THEY ARE UTTER ******S!!! EVERYTIME I HAD TO GO TO ICAASA. IT IS ONLY WHITE MINORITY THAT HAS THESE STRUGGLES !!!!MAJORITY LOVES MTN AND GETS BETTER SERVICE THAN WHITES!!!!
