Mtn Exploitation

I am really considered about the way mtn is doing,you airtime just disappears and when you try and find out what is happening you get answered by rude consultants,and then they tell you that they have no record of the airtime you have bought which is something disturbing,as an mtn customers the way mtn is taking our airtime is not right this is not the first time I am complaining about such and I feel like nothing has changed and the exploitation is becoming too much now everyday you need to buy airtime because when you wake up in the morning you will find that you do not have any airtime left and it is just not right at all.
