Mtn Exploitation
The experience o have been having with mtn is not a nice one,and I have been using this network for years and now they are taking my airtime without my knowledge and using it,last night I bought 50rand worth of airtime I wake up in the morning I am left,with 16rands when I call them to find out what is going on they cant explain,I.asked to speak to the person incharge still nothing,I have never been exploited the way Mtn has exploited me and I need people to know that mtn is taking our airtime without our knowledge,and it purely wrong.

03 Jan 2019, 07:38If that is the case where is it written that you will be charging people gor data without their consent and on top of that you are talking about mb that I did not receive but my airtime was detected by no mb so what do you call that,I had to call you inorder for me to receive my money back,you took airtime but no mb that to me is called exploitation,because you cant charge a client without their knowledge
