MTN EXPERIENCE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

I do not even want to give them 1 star but had to do it to access this review area. My constant, not just now and then, experience with MTN, has been painful and a terrible experience. The latest is that while we have proof of our monthly payments, they have given us over to VeriCred. Because of their incapability to process payment, my credit rating is affected. I can truly say I hate doing business with them and cannot wait for my contract to end next month. I am going to be at their franchise in Port Alfred when doors open. Also, they give you night data. during which time the download speed is slowed down so you are forced to use your much more expensive day time data. I use my married name here in which my contract. has been taken out.
