Mtn expect us 2 pay acc in 2 weeks after statement

I hate Mtn...... They got **** service to say the least. I'm a Nashua Mobile client and was forced to go over to Mtn. I received my account on 11th of Jan '15. And ont the 28th they suspend my phone line after I've paid it on the 27th and send them an email to Nonhlanhla Zwane. They did exactly the same thing last month, after I've already paid. Don't you get until the 30 or the 1 of each month to pay you account. Are Mtn playing by the rules because I think they are f...... Bullies..... Everyone gets they're salary on the end of the month.

Then there is another joke. My I pad contract expired and I'm still being charged the hardware fee of R435 p m. This is after I phoned them on the 15th of Jan and on the 26 th again. And then again on the 28. How flippen terrible of you. As soon as my contract is finished we're moving to another cellphone company because I think Mtn is from he'll, the put that company on this earth to make our lives he'll. o and then I've send a email to you customer service to sort this out... No reply. Flip you Mtn, you Suck!!!!

Hello My report ,

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused and for the delayed response.

Your billing date on the account is the 1st of every month and as a cash paying customer you have 21 days to make a payment for any outstanding invoice that has been generated.

We've now logged a request with our Billing Department in order for them to change the billing date on your account to the 20th of each month. This will allow you enough time to make a payment on the account before the line is barred. The reference number for the request logged is ***.

We have now checked your data number ending in 2381 and see that the hardware fee is still being charged. We've requested the Nashua Support desk to remove the service and we've logged a billing query for the charges to be credited to your account.

Once again we do apologize for the breakdown in service and for any inconvenience caused.

Regards
Tim
