MTN excessive charges!

I upgraded my contract 2 months earlier than my offered upgrade date. When I spoke to the agent Vanessa Coeries she advised m that I would have to pay in just over R3000.00 for an early migration fee and that it would be due at the end of September. I understood this and said it would be easier to pay off that amount in two instalments i.e august and September. I received my MTN bill on for of August and was astonished as I had a bill of over 6000 Payable by the 7th of September. I immediately called the customer care and asked to speak to someone in accounts. I spoke to Zama end told her that the amounts charged I.e my migration fee and new contract plus insurance fees were much higher than confirmed telephonically with Vanessa and that I will not be able to discharge that amount and wanted an accounting for the added costs. she said that I could onky speak to Vanessa as she did the upgrade. I sent an email to Vanessa and on or about the 26th of august and several follow up emails but have to date have not heard back from her. I also copied in the MTN customer care email on my further email sent on 7th of September it have not heard from anyone and received a text from MTN saying my services will be disconnected. I emailed Vanessa advising her that this is not acceptable as I had understood our telephonic arrangement to mean that the amount would be due end September and further that the amount is much higher than she told me including the insurance costs. I have however paid an amount of R1500 towards my new contract amount and insurance. MTN has now disconnected my services notwithstanding the deba*****t of account I requested and my payment of my contract and insurance amounts. I cannot even contact MTN customer care to speak to an agent and try and have my line reconnected as I have paid my contract and insurance amounts! Unacceptable and I actually wish to dance my contract! Pathetic service for the amounts I pay and Vanessa has been extremely unprofessional and rude to me.
