MTN exceptional poor service delivery

MTN promotes online upgrades I have waited for 6 weeks for my devices. I called the call centre they advised me but the query has been handed to a 3rd party without even advising me of this the 3rd party is summer mobile. I have contacted this company on numerous occasions they do not pick up their phone. Currently I am only the line waiting for 60 min. Exceptionally bad service on behalf of MTN as they advertise its quick and easy to upgrade online but look at this ***** up. 6 weeks later and I still have not devices. The best part the delivery guys got to my house today eventually only with one phone I upgraded to 2 and the biometric system fails after x3 attempts. The delivery man takes my phone back and says I need to contact summer mobile. I have been a customer of MTN for more than 10 years and this is the service I get. I have never been so disappointed by a service deliver company. Bad MTN
