Last night I spent 45 minutes on the phone with Bongeka Mbilini from MTN 135 customer care. The service I received was excellent. 10 out of 10 mam. You were very helpful and resolved my query before ending the call. I wish all the customer service agents were as helpful as you. I really appreciate everything you did for me.
