MTN Excellent Customer Service

On the 28th November I went to the Mall of the South to purchase a Samsung Galaxy phone at SABC1308 MTN Store. I was assisted by a lady called Maria Maluleke. She was very pleasant and took her time to explain the advantages and disadvantages of purchase a phone on contract VS prepaid. As I was resolute to follow the prepaid route. Her robust explanation was enlightening and as a result I've opted to buy it on contract. She was very helpful and friendly and very enthusiastic and passionate about her work. Thanks again Maria I salute you for your excellent customer service. Forever grateful.
