MTN EVERYWHERE YOU GO THERES ABSOLUTELY NO WHERE TO GO

I lost my phone (Huawei P8 Lite) a couple of weeks ago. I sent through my claim and was told i will receive feedback in 3-5 working days. After phoning and sending numerous emails only a month later i am told my claim is approved.

i get in contact with the insurance compaany and i tell them i do not want the old model and that i am willing to pay anything additional to get a new model of the same phone.

after being transferred from one consultant to another i then insist on talking to the manager by the name of Wendy. and when i narrated the story to her she then told me that there is nothing that they can do. this is my money i pay these people on a month to month basis and why should i be controlled and forced to us something that i do not want.

to top everything off, i call mtn with the hope of getting some sort of assistance i am told of that it is not their concern and i should deal everything with the insuarance company.

mtn if you not *****ING our data and airtime you make our lives totally miserable. all the employees i have ever spoken to with regards to this matter are all incompetenrt people who have no clue what the term customer service is. i can not wait till i can cancel my contract your service stinks and you have no respect for the people that bring in money at MTN.
