MTN Everywhere is no answer!

MTN!!! Urgh, my Iphone 11 64gig was handed in on 30 June 2020 because the facial recognition did not work, because the phone is still under warranty I send it it... wait 6 weeks, no answer... to date I still don’t have my phone back which I had for 4 months... paying a contract with no phone... How wonderfull.
