MTN Everyday gigs a ****

I got the MTN every day 500mb for R179 for 30 days everyday the data comes in at 2am or later. Today called the call center 3 times and it more than 2 hours for my data to be in.... Now my question is in the meantime my things are supposed to wait and what happens to the hours in the day that are lost..... Do better because this is not on.
