MTN (Every where you go) MTN is not able to assist

I signed a new contract with MTN the Grove about two months ago. After 3 days my application was finally approved because my credit record shows no loans etc.

On the 6th of July I app**** for an extra data bundle, again they have problems with my application. IT'S THE 29TH TODAY STILL NO ANSWER. Rose at MTN The Grove already knows me when I call.
