MTN every month adding subscriptions at R3.00 a day without my permission.

I recently opened a new contract with MTN, now every month it subscribes me to various subscriptions at R3.00 a day. this is without me applying or giving any permissions. I have log a call to find out why this is happening, but nobody has gotten back to me.

its a new month and once again its happened. seems like every month I must be cancelling this subscriptions, all they are saying is we escalating the issue and then silence.
