Mtn even ignores Hello Peter

I have been having problems with mtn charging enormous amouts for data when my sim card is not even in the device and I have sent constant emails to mtn as their call centre dont answer their phones and going in store doesnt help either. On the 30 April, after numerous attempts to sort the billing matter out I eventually posted a review on Hello Peter. I recieved a respose on 3 May saying that my package was actually an open package once I used up my 500mb of data. However I had put a limit of my package April 2015 after I recieved a huge bill. The person who responded said they have requested my itemised billing and i am still waiting. I have been promised the itemised billing by 4 different people and still nothing. I am so disgusted with their poor service and lack of customer care, I even posted a complaint on the MTN facebook page. Its so sad that they were one of the first networks around but have now ended up leaving many dissatisfied cuatomers. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!!
