Mtn evaton mall poor customer service

Im greatly disgusted by the service i received for Manana @ mtn evaton mall in the vaal,together with her colleague they failed me .I went there on the 2nd of june because I suspected that my phone was hacked because it didn't have network they told me to buy a new sim card as ecasa took my number i must forget about that number,the trama i went though unnecessary.
