MTN Evaton Mall Poor costumer serve

I went to MTN evaton mall for a Sim swap on Friday, I bought a new Sim at Totalsport Ricad it and bought Airtime they told me it doesn't need to have airtime. Bought a new one went on Saturday I was told I need an affidavit I told the consultant I did an affidavit on Friday I will bring it. Today Sunday I went with the affivadit explaining what happened to my from and Sim the lady told me I need to go back to the police station for a new affivadit none of them where helpful they are giving half information. Staff at Evaton Mall doesn't have costumer serves as MTN train your staff at evaton mall to serve people with respect and give full information to costumer. Am frustrated I lost my phone on Friday with my Sim card I have app**** for a new post at work now I can not be reached dew to poor costumer serve.
