Mtn & Eskom Coalition

I wonder if MTN and Eskom formed a coalition, because everytime it's loadshedding their network are useless. Now I know that batteries won't last forever, but when loadshedding kicks in on the exact second the signal is gone and you still need to pay a full monthly contract premium, but you are only allowed to use their service half the month if you work out the hours you can actually make use of the already useless network. I won't recommend mtn to my worst enemy...

I guess if you look at the state of the management team in the shops and higher up, it explains it, once you sign that contract, they don't give a flying rats ass about you as a customer as long as they get their monthly fee.

They are very quick to send you an invoice a few days before the due date, but when you ask them why the network are unusable, you get that "I can't take responsibility" attitude.
