MTN eSim service switched off

Worst service ever, MTN has disabled their eSim service without notifying ANYONE!!! I bought a new Apple Watch Cellular so I could make use of the derby, and now it is of, so I paid thousands extra for a service that doesn’t work!!! And to try and sort it out with MTN … we’ll needles to say all the emails have not been answered and the one “agent” that I eventually got hold of told me this, he wouldn’t give it to me in writing as I want to now cancel all my MTN contracts because of this!!! Was told that his supervisor would mail me with the just of the eSim being switched off… still waiting 3 days later!!!!
