MTN ESIM sales ****

I went into the MTN store to do a contract migration on my business lines, the migration was based on me being able to migrate two lines to one iPhone, standard SIM and the second line onto ESIM, MTN tell the market they support it and I confirmed with the sales person in the store at the time, a month later, all my contracts cancelled and ready to migrate, go into the store to pick up my new phone....the problem begins, they don't support ESIM on business lines and they only support smart watches......what the actual? The entire reason for me going to MTN, a shambles and why is MTN advertising ESIM on apple sites if they don't support it fully....don't fall for the ESIM sales pitch...
