Mtn esim not working and i cannot make calls or use the Data that comes with the contract its been 3 weeks now

I am extremely dissatisfied with MTN's handling of my RICA-barred eSIM, which remains unusable despite visiting an MTN store for assistance. Key Issues: 1. RICA Block Persists: My eSIM is still barred, rendering it inactive. 2. No Resolution at Store: The MTN store staff could not fix the issue or provide a timeline. 3. Wasted Time & Money: I paid for a service I cannot use, and MTN has failed to rectify it. Request: • Immediate unbarring of my eSIM with confirmation, OR • Full refund for the service. Expected Response Time: 48 hours. If unresolved, I will escalate to ICASA/ Consumer Commission. MTN, this is unacceptable service. Fix it or refund me.
