MTN Esim issues

I have been trying since last year to activate esim on my apple phone since last year. I have been to the Fourways MTN store twice and they have issues with sending the QR code. Please can you assist?? I wish to activate esim on my apple iphone13 urgently. my brother has been using his esim with mtn since about 2021. Struggling with help.
