MTN ESIM IS A HOAX

I can’t believe the level of stupidity some attendants have, I called and came through to get my number to be activated for esim so I don’t have to be carrying two phones, this attendant at the cresta mall tells me they do t do esim, is it that he doesn’t know or mtn is peddling **** news??
