MTN "ESCALATION" TO NOWHERE.

I am complaining on behalf of my father in law. MTN has been unable to sort out an issue with his phone since he upgraded for the past week! this is while he needs to run business.

He is unable to make calls from his phone despite the fact that he is a paying client. The issue has been "escalated" on numerous occasions without any feedback or success.

MTN is in breach of their own service contract and not delivering on their promises!

It is sad if you need to turn to this forum to maybe receive any feedback or answers..
