MTN escalated contract

I had a very bad experience regarding my MTN contract,my account was escalated and they told me that it has been handled by lawyers.I tried to call the numbers of the MBD they gave me and also emailed them but the MBD told me that they are not working with MTN. My life is stuck I can’t even apply for other things because of it. Cc ***
