MTN EPIC client fail

<p>Been struggling for over a year on a case of ********** upgrades done in my name and those line never being cancelled. MTN has now taken me to their lawyers for that one line that was never cancelled. I've logged 3 escalations with affidavits stating i id not authorize the upgrades and to the best of my knowledge the lines were cancelled.</p> <p> </p> <p>To make matters worse i lost my cell phone (one that i 've been paying for) and now they cant process my insurance claim which is against the credit act because my line is under legal.</p> <p> </p> <p>I've requested their lawyers and legal to send me proof of money owed prior to the cancellations and i'll glady pay that but what i'm not willing to do is pay for their incompetence. I've alot of issues with MTN and i'm honestly at the point of cutting my ties with this company due to the abuse i've suffered from them.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
