MTN Enslaves Customers Desperately Trying to get out of Debt

I've been battling for the 3 past months to get my MTN account settled. The account has been under debt review. I've recently been in a position to settle all my debt, but MTN has been impossible. Debt Rescue is the company liaising with them, but it has been absolutely impossible to get hold of anyone from MTN legal. There are no contact details, and they just don't respond to emails at all. The outstanding amount almost next to nothing. I've never heard of a company that makes itself so deliberately uncontactable! This one payment is causing a hold up for me to move on with my life debt free. They are basically enslaving me and I have no recourse . I'm just stuck and at their mercy. I cannot clear my credit record. This must be one the worst experiences I've had with any creditor. I regret ever doing business with MTN and I never ever will. I wouldn't even give them a one star rating.
