MTN enriching themselves with our airtime

Every month my airtime is deducted due to subscriptions I have never subscribed to. This is absolutely not acceptable. If this is they way they rob us they must be exposed. I cannot every month be subscribing to content and when you call the customer care 135 they tell you you subscribed or someone subscribed on your behalf.
