MTN Enough is Enough

Good Day, My Aunt purchased a MTN Phone from Woolworths Nelspruit Riverside, a MH4G Mobicel. After 2 days of this purchase the phone was giving problem kept on Freezing and you could not read your messages, we went back to Woolworths to show them what was going on, they said that where not sure but they will have to send it back to MTN to see what the problem is. I then went to MTN with the phone before handing it back to woolworths , MTN told me that these phone have a defect and cannot be repaired, I then informed Woolworths what MTN said but they said they still have to send it away. we received the phone back after 2 weeks with the same problem this happened four times eventually, MTN replaced this phone with a MK4 Mobicel phone, the same thing happened with this phone it has now been returned Three times to Woolworth and send back to MTN so all in all with both phones they have been send back SEVEN time. We are now fed up all we want is our money back so that we can purchase another phone. But not having any luck. Today I received a call from Mobicel saying that they believe that we want our money back, she then informed me that they will have to send the phone back to Woolworth which they should receive on Wednesday, then Woolworth's will then have to send the phone to MTN and request a refund from MTN so that woolworths can refund us. This is been going on now way too long and we are tired of waiting for this issue to get resolved. My aunt is old and sickly and she is now without a phone for so long and is unable to contact me should something happen at home. My aunts name is Theresa Genade.
