MTN ended contract.

I had a contract with MTN which ended in August 2021. I phoned them in November 2021 to request them terminate the contract. They deducting every month. When I call them to say they must terminate the contract because it ended in August, they say I'm owing them whilst they are still deducting every month. They don't want to terminate the contract.

Hellopeter please assist me.
