MTN... Empty promisies on delivery.

After doing the customary cell phone upgrade at the beginning of December and promised delivery of the phone within a few working days I am still waiting a month later for my new handset. After six smooth upgrades with Auotpage Cellular spanning 12 years of service, MTN bought out Autopage and now I sit and wait with no phone....... guess it becomes my fault for not changing to another provider. Vodacom, Cell C, maybe even Telkom or Virgin would have been a better choice, now I'm fixed in for another 24 Months and wait in anticipation for something else to go wrong... what have I done. I wonder what their solution will be or am I so small they won't worry about it... guess there is no such thing as loyalty or customer service.

I fail to see how this is my problem as you said I would have the phone by a certain date. It is easy to understand that I pay you for a service, however, you have failed to deliver. How can you now pass the buck to another company and make it my problem. You have taken my money so you should ensure that I get what I pay for. It is now the 2 February 2017 and I still do not have my phone. Great service. Please let me know if I can cancel my contract. I know that you recorded the phone calls so if there is any confusion about your promises I urge you to listen to the recording. Please advise on my solution. I look forward to you making contact with me.
