Mtn empty promises service bad

I rate them 0 bad service with empty promisses and still no resolution after 2 weeks.no tax invoice received for sept 2018 and management also make empty promises and do not phone back or send wrong info.once my contracts 3 expire i will move somewhere else together with my whole family and friends as mtn does not care.easy to take your money.unhappy customer and management is never available.people that do not care kasmela,mohamed ally from durban office being a manager,ntodile magubane,vishaine vafirn,mirriam,gomotse mpshe,elroyed,shaheed and this is only few of staff.even says rude stuff andcput the phone down in your ear.this is not service.ref ********** 1356, ********** 9506, ********** 35 and this is only 3 ref.i have more
