MTN empty promises and ******* deduction

Struggled since 3rd September to vet a quote for an early cancelation. After getting quote amount weeks later from fb chat I settled the amount aa Quoted. I paid the full amount and set prove of payment to the consultant helping me on FB messanger.

Your retention phones does not work. Either rings for half hour or more or doesn't ring at all.

After settling full early settlement amount and sending prove, MTN goes ahead and deduct another payment. Now the app says that I owe over R1000 and I am due for another payment in October. So how will I get the sto len money back? I will cancel the debot order. I want my money nack. Waiting since 21st September for retention to contact me as promised many time.

What are MTN going to do? .
