MTN employees stole my watch🤬

After struggling to get MTN and DSV to deliver my phones, when they eventually arrived, my one phone was supposed to come with a Samsung watch but the watch was not there,it was taken out from the package and the wrapping plastic was just loose and not wrapped around the phone to show that the watch was removed. I called the number on the invoice and explained that my phone was supposed to come with a watch but the watch isn't there,the mtn consultant I spoke to told me to call DSV and find out if the watch isn't on their dispatch list and I asked this lady how could the watch be sent separately from the phone when it's supposed to be a combo and she couldn't answer me.I phoned DSV nonetheless and was told that there's no package for me there.MTN is such a ****ty company with thieving employees who know they will always get away with *****ing customers "freebies" that are probably not even free but are charged in the purchased item price.I'll never ever buy anything from them again and certainly wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from them!
