MTN employees (Lindi Zwane) scream at customers!!!

Someone needs to call Lindi Zwane (that's if she even gave me the correct name) to order asap and give me feedbac****!!!!! She is at the store in Centurion Mall next to Ackermans. Just after my phone got lost I was there to apply for a new phone on Wednesday. They told me that they would call me on Thursday, which was yesterday. I did not receive any call from them. Now this morning I call them and ask that I am still waiting for confirmation as to whether my phone is approved or not. The way this woman screamed at me, is it wrong for a customer to call mtn and ask for feedback?? This kind of behavior must not be tolerated at all, I even asked her to not scream at me but she was so high. I hope that management reprimands this pathetic woman, it diminishes all mtn branches if your employees are going to talk to us like that. I am so hurt and feel like I must actually go to the store so we can get into it face to face!
