MTN employees ***********

Contract was cancelled I should not be paying for MTN employees incompetency in been able to do their job namely Refilwe Mokale and Nau from billing department MTN has ****** money from my account due to employee incompetency I have proof of cancellation via email correspondence, call logs, peoples that I have spoken to in the retentions department and reference numbers mainly ***.(other ref no ***) Was hoping it wouldn't come to this, have been in contact with retentions department the entire week to resolve before month end.(Spoken to Refilwe/Portia/Thelma and supposed manager Tanya who never got back to me)

So much for service delivery!!!

Its sad that employees are making MTN the company look bad
