MTN Emergency Services

If you have an emergency do not dial 112 from your phone, the staff will say they as transferring you and will end the call. This happened three (3) times on the 07th of May 2021. Pathetic service. You would assume that MTN would also be able to pick up which province you are calling from and route you to the correct place where you could state the emergency. Once you state your emergency, they tell you not to hang up, and they end the call. In this case, the person passed away.
