MTN EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY FRUSTRATING SERVICE

We live in BOSHOF, FREE STATE. I work for the Boshof Fire Protection Association and we use MTN as provider. The last month we have almost no signal on a daily basis!! I am trying to authorize payments and waiting for OTPs but no signal!! If we have a fire in this area there will be a huge problem with communication because of this EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY!! We pay for a service that we are not getting. My number is *** My husband is also a MTN customer and his number is ***. He is a Police Officer and needs his phone to work!!
