MTN Emailed Statements Invoices don't take their stated password!!!

I receive statement's and Invoice from MTN via email however neither my ID or passport number they require to open the PDF work. I have called them only to be cut off and gone to a branch who said they can't resolve it. I emailed customer service but get no reply. PATHETIC!
