MTN email incompetence

Good day MTN, Why must I constantly phone in, speak to utter *********** agents in your call-centers who cannot or will not assist me? MTN thought it well and is obviously saving money when they transferred the mymtnmail email system to Zimbra. Another glowing example of utter incompetence. NO WHERE on the MTN or Zimbra webpages is it possible to reset your email address password. Now please, I need to reset my email password which for the last 3 weeks has not been functioning.
