MTN Elridge Corner Store - Waste of Time Go Somewhere Else!

I renewed my contract with this store in November 2024 and asked them specifically to only upgrade the contract on the 5th of December 2024, when the old contract would expire to avoid early cancellation fees. They processed the upgrade with immediate effect and I was subsequently billed with pro-rata fees and they had added itemized billing which I never requested. I queried this with Melissa on three occasions and was told they would sort it out with Head Office and would phone me back but nothing happened. When I queried it directly with MTN Head Office I was told that they knew nothing about the query and that the store would have to sort it out. To-date it still has not been resolved and I have received no feedback from Melissa.
