MTN EFT

MTN On 9 March 2020, I have made a wrongful EFT to my MTN account to the amount of 5760.79. I did send an request to my financial service provider to reverse the amount, MTN refuses to have the amount reversed.

No Authority to Debit -The recipient has not provided permission for the funds to be reversed, as per the banking rules permission need to be obtained before the funds can be reversed.
